COMMISSION
PROCESS

-You send a commission request via Google Forms-I contact you via social media and send a PayPal invoice for payment-After I receive the payment, I will start working on your piece-You will receive regular updates and WIP pictures-Once completed, the drawing will be sent to you via e-mail or google drive.

-Payment in American dollars (USD), via PayPal invoice only-Full payment before the piece is started,** OR**-50% of the payment before the piece is started, and 50% after the sketch is approved

REFUND POLICIES

-If for any reason, I am not able to complete your commission, you will receive all your money back-Refunds at the sketch phase will be only 50% of the price you originally paid. There are no refunds past the sketch phase-If you think you might need the money for personal reasons, do not commission artists. Minors, always ask your parents for permission before commissioning.==-Important: I will not tolerate any disrespectful behavior towards me or my art. If that happens, I reserve the right to cancel your commission without refunds.

ART USAGE

-You can use my art as icons or banners on social media, as long as I'm clearly credited-You can repost your commission, as long as my watermark and signature are visible and I am credited-My art is for personal use only. You cannot use it commercially or resell it in any way-You are not allowed to trace or edit my art-Failure to meet these determinations will result in a permanent blacklist from future commission openings.

DEADLINES

-The maximum deadline for you to receive the finished piece after full payment has been done is 3 months-If I do not complete the drawing within 3 months, you have the right to ask for a full refund

ARTIST'S RIGHTS

-I reserve the right to decline your commission request without having to provide an explanation-I can post the finished piece on my social media and use it to promote myself

CLIENT'S RIGHTS

-You can ask for WIP pictures and updates at any time (be respectful please)-You can request any adjustments in the sketch phase. After that, complex or structural adjustments cannot be made-You can request to be referred to as "anonymous" and not to be tagged when I post your commission
